Essential — R800

What's included: Basic song (2–3 minutes), standard production, 1 revision.

Best for: Budget-conscious clients, simple tributes.

Heartfelt — R1,500

What's included: Full song (3–4 minutes), enhanced production, 2–3 revisions, story consultation call.

Best for: Most memorials and weddings.

Legacy — R2,000

What's included: Extended song (4–5+ minutes), premium production, unlimited revisions, priority delivery, master recording file, printed lyric sheet, phone/video consultation.

Best for: Deeply personal tributes, milestone anniversaries.

Cancellation Policy

1. Free Cancellation

You may cancel your purchase without any penalty up to 7 days before.

2. Late Cancellation

Cancellations made between 2 to 6 days before the scheduled date will incur a fee of 50% of the total purchase amount.

3. Same-Day or No-Show

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled date will be charged 100% of the total purchase amount.

4. How to Cancel

To cancel or modify your purchase, please contact us at queries@legacysongbird.co.za. Cancellations are effective as of the time we receive your request.

5. Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method. Any transaction fees charged by payment processors may be non-refundable.

6. Exceptions

In case of emergency, we may offer full refunds or rescheduling at our discretion. Proof may be required.
